We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Azetax provides AI-driven insights, intelligent CRM systems, digital marketing solutions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services include but are not limited to: • Marketing automation and campaign management • Sales pipeline optimization and prospecting tools • Customer service automation and AI agents • Content creation and management systems • Analytics and reporting tools • Integration with third-party platforms

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

Billing

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected.

Payment Methods

You must provide a valid payment method. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees to your payment method.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Azetax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content to provide the Services.

Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azetax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
